Other progress:

1. My song "dread" got me into some a black metal project with this cool guitarist i met..
he had a couple of tracks already. We finished a new song, and with "dread" I think it adds up to 5+ tracks. I really didn't expect this to go this well..yet its funny how the human mind wont let you just BE. It always finds "reasons" to be unhappy.

2. Playing covers and stuff will have to wait because i want better equipment and better quality.

3. A friend sent me a riff today and I just let it flow into one crazy sweet track..Its less on the metal and more genre-crossing with slow heavy shit a-la-Chimaira, alt. rock solos, maiden stuff..dont ask, it even has hip-hop moments XD.. So maybe i'll do some collab with that dude as well.

ok last thing..I'm thinking about moving outta here..i mean this is a cool site but not really
for musicians..problem is, which site to choose..i'm really not sure.

oh and...death\core metallers All Shall Perish got a new album out just now.."Awaken The Dreamers"
they took an interesting direction and i really recommend this album..! these dudes are damn talented..chris storey is insane on the guitar and he's my age, i'm damn jealous =P

(btw:) Everytime I see this "ponystars" banner I'm mistaking it for porn @_@ I mean, the name of this game and that..female horse with mascara, makeup and..sado-maso armor!? I mean seriously I hope this is just me and that they didn't do it on purpose XD. Its like my first thought looking at it was "no I don't want to fuck a horse thank you very much" ^_^ .

Finished the song I was talking about the other day..It has a bit of a random structure with many different parts but thats what makes it awesome. To counter that maybe, the second song i'm posting is more conventional and short.

Hmm and what do we have next..well here's my plan:

1. New song, already in progress...Someone here told me I could do video games music, so I'm trying to push it towards that "genre", with parts fitting different situations(like battle, peaceful enviroment, stressful situation)

2. Record some of the songs on real guitar(already found a guitarist for that so things are moving)

3. if this goes well, eventually i'll make a spooky video for one of the songs.

4. My hand is getting better so I thought about recording a cover...And its gonna be the most doomish, epic, sad song ever - The Cry Of Silence (by Draconian).

its really sweet(brutally speaking) , with heavy riffs, classical twists and stuff.
i just have some drum problems to fix and make up a decent ending.

and yeah its midi, i still can't play. but i'm looking forward to getting better,
doing some exercises to build strength in my hands and shit.

its awesome to see how my old tracks don't even touch the new stuff, its waaaaaaayyy better!

I was searching for vocals for some song i wanted to make(the drums were already finished \=)
someone accepted to help but now that my hand's being screwed up for two months already and i can't play(FUCK), seems i'm gonna be on the extreme vocals' side for a while..

i'd really like to make vocals for any metal song, also to keep me busy till i heal..
